JR Charger over heats

JR supplies a charger is their TX/RX sets.  However, this charger may overheat your battery if special care is not taken.

The JR charger is designed to charge the battery from completely empty.  It will charge for 12 hours.  The included JR charger will always try to charge for 12 hours from when it is plugged in regardless of the battery and how many mAh remain.

Example: You charge the battery for 6 hours.  Then you unplug it.  Later you plug it in again, it will start all over again and try to charge for another 12 hours, most likely causing the battery to overheat.  This charger does not have a cutoff when the battery is full.  It blinks for 12 hours – telling you it is still charging.  It is a constant light after 12 hours, telling you it is finished.

This included JR charger is a complimentary, courtesy charger for those flyers who may not have a more suitable charger.

We suggest that you use another charger of a higher quality if one is available.

NHR-03 Rotor Head from JR

JR still making NHR-03 rotor head.  But NHR-02 and NHR01 are discontinued.

The difference between NHR-02 and NHR-03 is very different.

NHR-02 is swing rotor head.   NHR-03 is the picture.

Also, the screw size for main shaft is different.

NHR-03= 4mm    /    NHR-02=3mm

NHR-03 Rotor head is 4mm bolt to fasten between the center hub and 10mm main shaft.

The linkage is already including.

We believe NHR-03 is much safety and better rotor head.

Japanese F3C Pilot - 10S or 12S

Well, a lot of pilots like TP6600-5SPL2.  But, some pilots like TP5500-6PSL2.

So, it seems to depend on the pilot for the battery (10S and 12S).

We noticed higher discharge ability is not so good for the F3C pilot.
45C or 30C battery is not so good.  The power drops suddenly.

20C or 25C battery provides a more stable power supply for longer.

DSMJ or DSM2 - Which should I choose?

DSMJ system will only work DSMJ receiver and TX.
DSM/ DSM2  system will only work DSM/DSM2 receiver and TX.
So, This mean , DSMJ and DSM are different and are not compatible.

The reason why the regulation for 2.4Ghz different is each country has different law for 2.4Ghz.
USA version is too strong in Japan or Europe.

You can think of DSM2 USA and DSM2 Europe as brothers.  Virtually the same, just the frequency is a little stronger in the USA.
