How can I order something?

I want to order something not on your webpage.
That is fine. We accept orders for all Japanese Manufacturers. Just use our estimate request form requesting the items you want.
Do you have links to manufacturer’s websites in Japan?

If we don't receive your payment within a week, your order may be canceled. Please click here to view our step-by-step on paying with Credit Card.
Can I pay by a different currency?
How much is the postage?
You can choose between EMS and occasionally we will ship by SAL or Airmail. (orders under 5,000 JPY)
We recommend EMS because it has full compensation for damage and accident. Your package will reach you safely and quickly.
What are the methods of shipping that I can use?
You may choose by EMS, Airmail or SAL depending on the area in which you live, and weight of your package. Our preferred shipping method is EMS. We will only ship by SAL or Airmail for certain circumstances or if the item total is very low (i.e 500 yen)
Example: EMS does not ship to all areas of South Africa, only the major cities.
We recommend EMS because it has full compensation for damage and accident. Your package will reach you safely and quickly. Occasionally we will use FedEx if the shipping cost will be lower.
Airmail is usually only a little less expensive than EMS and does not include insurance or tracking.
If you choose SAL note that it could take up to 30 days and there is no insurance. We are not responsible for orders sent by SAL or Airmail.
If you want to use your account for FedEx, DHL or other courier, please provide us with the account number to have it delivered this way.
How do you pack my shipment?
I wonder if you got my order correctly.
I haven't received a tracking number for my order yet.
Ordered goods haven't reached me.
If you received a notification from us (by e-mail) that your package was sent, then you will receive your goods in 3-7 days by EMS.
If you did not receive an e-mail from us, please wait until we have sent your goods. If you still have not received your products and it is more than 10 days, we may have to contact EMS about lost package and make a claim with them.
If your order was sent by EMS, you can track your order at www.post.japanpost.jp.
I received my order but some items are missing.

If you have already paid, and would like to return the item, the items are handled as returned goods and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
On some items, sales are final and we would notify you of that before you order.
